What is the recommended attire?
Cocktail attire is perfectly fine.
Although the name "Holly Farm" might make you imagine a traditional pigs-and-horses-and-hay type of farm, it is far from it. The venue is actually a TROPICAL GREEN PARADISE with an eclectic touch. While most areas will be covered, the entire event is outdoors, so bring a warm jacket for the evening. The temperature in Carmel can get as high as 80ºF/26ºC during the day and can drop to as cold as 50ºF/10ºC at night. There are paved, stone, dirt, and grass walkways so stilettos are not advised! Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Yes, once you arrive at Holly Farm, you’re set for the rest of the evening. All events are at the Holly Farm.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot with plenty of free parking and parking attendants. However, since the wedding will run well into the night, with plenty of food and drinks, we suggest using Uber or Lyft. Also, Monterey Yellow Cab is available: 831-333-1234.
Can I leave my car overnight?
YES! If you decide to drive to the wedding, but responsibly decide you must call for a ride home, you may leave your car at Holly Farm and pick it up the next day.
What time does it end?
Whenever the last man standing isn't standing anymore. There is NO CURFEW.
Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately, we were only allowed to invite a very limited amount of children. The Holly Farm is a dense 7-acre garden with small ponds, cactii, poisonous plants, pointy things (branches, wires, fences, etc.), and other potential risks.
For those kiddos named on the invitations, the venue has recommended babysitters available at one of the on-site houses, which is a 30 second walk from the ceremony/dinner site. Let us know if you’ll require one!
Can I bring a +1?
When you receive your invitation in the mail, it will note if you are allowed to bring a guest.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed at the Holly Farm, sorry!
Is it open bar?
YES, it is open bar all night!
Food allergies?
Victoria is vegan, so of course there will be vegan food!! There will also be gluten-free and peanut-free options as well. If you have other specific allergies, please let us know below on the formal invitations that were sent out.
Who took all these amazing photos?
