Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park
Oh Henry Cowell, situated near my second home Santa Cruz. Day hiking trailhead is in Felton, CA. There are several trails here. HOWEVER, the only one that dogs are allowed on is the paved Pipeline Trail. I wouldn't call a paved road hiking so this was a disappointment.
The redwoods were beautiful but I probably wouldn't come here again. There was a lookout point with a bench and a beautiful view but there were people there already. That was the only spot to sit down so we had to wait! Eh.
