Trailhead: Coast near Davenport

We arrived at the trailhead at the buttcrack of dawn. This being the middle of Winter, it was absolutely freezing. The sun was just coming up and it was beautiful. The parking was right at a beach and we had to bike across the street to start the trail. There are restrooms you can use before you start the trail.

Mountain Biking, 5.2 miles

First 5.2 miles, you can walk but you can also mountain bike! It's a super easy trail, except it was a little difficult for me to cross a small stream due to the fact that I was freezing and couldn't feel my legs.

Hiking, 0.8 miles

After you lock your bikes at the designated bike rack, you must walk the rest of the 0.8 miles to the waterfall.

Berry Creek Falls

We reached the waterfall and I couldn't believe this waterfall was so close to where we live. It was breathtaking. There was a deck with a bench where we had a small lunch and just admired the waterfall. According to my waterfall book, this one is 70 ft tall.

Silver Falls & Golden Falls

Less than a mile away are two other waterfalls, although they are much much smaller than Berry Creek Falls. Still worth checking out since its so close!
